They govern the relationship between you (the customer) and us (Womenshoesbagsnine) when purchasing shoes, clothing, bags, accessories, as well as furniture and home accessories.
2. Conclusion of Contract
- By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods.
- The contract is only concluded with our shipping confirmation by email or with delivery.

3. Prices & Payment
- All prices are in dollar($), including VAT, plus shipping costs.

- In case of late payment: Reminder fee of $5 + default interest (5% above the base interest rate p.a.).
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days (USA), 3–10 working days (EU).
- Shipping costs: USA: $4.90 (free for orders over $50) | EU: $9.90.
- The risk of accidental loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping service provider.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Return
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods (for furniture, from delivery).
- Returns must reach us within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
- Free return: Use our Returns Portal (Womenshoesbagsnine) for a prepaid return label (USA only).
- Exceptions: Hygiene products (e.g., socks) and custom-made furniture are excluded from the cancellation policy.
6. Warranty & Guarantee
- Statutory warranty: 24 months from delivery.
